Erasmus Days 2024
The first dissemination activity of the project took place during the Erasmus Days 2024, prior to the formal start of the first mobility.
In this context, the Coordinator officially presented the project to the entire school community, explaining its objectives, structure, and overall framework. Subsequently, the project team went into greater detail with students and teachers regarding the main operational aspects, focusing on:
strategic objectives;
planned activities;
prospects for international collaboration;
expected impact on educational and organizational levels.
Particular attention was given to the Logo Contest, whose promotion allowed the involvement of a broader audience, strengthening the sense of belonging and participation.
The initiative served both an informative and motivational purpose, stimulating interest, active engagement, and awareness of the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program.
Erasmus Days 2025
The Erasmus Days 2025 represented a joint moment for all project partners, through coordinated actions at an international level, confirming the European and collaborative dimension of the partnership.
For the Italian partner, Istituto Alberini, the initiatives were structured into three distinct dissemination activities:
1-Internal Event at the Institute
Three days were organized to present the project to students and teachers. During these meetings, the following were highlighted:
the results of the mobilities carried out;
best practices developed;
educational and methodological outcomes;
future prospects of the partnership.
The event facilitated internal sharing of experiences and reinforced the culture of internationalization within the institute.
2-Event at the Province of Treviso
Another dissemination moment took place at the Province of Treviso, in the presence of the Councillor for Educational and Youth Policies and Public Education, Gloria Sernagiotto.
The event was open to students, families, citizens, and local schools.
This initiative strengthened the institutional dimension of the project, consolidating dialogue between schools and local authorities and increasing the visibility of Erasmus+ activities in the territory, promoting networking and inter-institutional collaboration.
3-Event on October 17 at UTC of Spoleto
On October 17, at the UTC of Spoleto, a significant national-level dissemination event was held, attended by:
school principals from various Italian regions;
Erasmus coordinators;
representatives of the institutions of the Umbria Region.
On this occasion, the invited school principal presented the partnership experience, illustrating:
achieved results;
educational impact on students’ skills;
adopted methodologies;
best practices shared among partners.
The event had a national significance, fostering dialogue between educational institutions and promoting the transferability of the project model to other educational contexts.
